Hi, I'm Craig Edwards.

I created the Train With Craig Inner Circle to help educate and help as many people reach their fitness goals as possible.
For the last 15+ years I have spent my life helping transform the health and fitness of clients of all ages and backgrounds, from professional athletes to retired grandmothers.
Currently, beyond the Inner Circle, I am Director of Strength & Conditioning as well as Program Design at MaxWay Performance, a premier strength & conditioning facility in beautiful Portsmouth, NH.
Prior to MaxWay, I spent 10+ years at the University of New Hampshire, working with hockey, basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, skiing track & field over that time.
Prior to joining New Hampshire, I spent time at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning (MBSC) under world-renowned strength coach Michael Boyle.
